We're currently building a 7-apartment block in Wanaka and pricing larger developments. This is a growth area for us. We're moving toward being main contractor on multi-unit projects.

Main Contracting

We're not just doing carpentry anymore. We manage the whole job. Subs, scheduling, everything. You deal with one company, not twelve.

Commercial

Light commercial fit-outs. Shops, offices, commercial spaces. Same approach as our residential work. On time, done right, no drama.

Landscaping

This is what sets us apart. House plus landscaping, all under one umbrella. We don't just manage it. We do it too. One company, one point of contact, one less thing for you to worry about.

A Note on Budget

Most clients come to us after they've already spent money on drawings, and the drawings don't match what they can actually afford to build.

Don't do that.
